10-Count Off-Ice Punchcard

This punchcard can be used interchangably for both Ballet and Off-Ice Strength classes. Punchcards expire two months from the date of purchase.
 
All punchcards are held in the Chicago Edge office at Darien Sportsplex. Chicago Edge staff must hold onto all punchcards and monitor class attendances.
