Description: Our Open Freestyle Punchcards are designed to make your freestyle skating experience smoot her and more convenient. If you're a regular at our open freestyle sessions, these punchcards are a must-have. Purchasing a punchcard grants you access to your preferred ice time and ensures you never miss a session. Our ice monitors will manage and keep your punchcard secure, so you can focus on perfecting your moves on the ice.
 
Policy:
Mandatory Purchase: All skaters who regularly participate in our open freestyle sessions are required to purchase a Freestyle Punchcard. This policy helps streamline access to the ice and ensures a fair and organized skating environment.
Punchcard Options: Skaters have two punchcard options to choose from:
11-Hour Punchcard: Purchase 11 hours of freestyle ice time, and you'll receive a discount on your 11th punch of one 30-minute session free.
11 Half-Hour Punchcard: If you prefer shorter sessions, you can opt for 10 half-hour sessions and enjoy the same discount on your 11th punch of one half hour free.
Multiple Punchcards: Skaters are welcome to purchase more than one punchcard at a time. This flexibility allows you to plan your skating sessions in advance and enjoy even more savings.
Sharing with Siblings: Siblings are permitted to share a punchcard. This means that the punchcard can be used by multiple siblings, making it a cost-effective and convenient option for families with multiple skaters.
Transfer/Re-selling: These punch cards cannot be transferred or sold to another skater/family.
No Splitting Hours: Please note that hours purchased on the 11-Hour Punchcard cannot be split into half-hour increments. This policy ensures a fair distribution of ice time and helps accommodate all skaters.
Expiration: All Freestyle punch cards will expire three months after the date of purchase. If the date of purchase on your card exceeds three months you will need to purchase a new punch card.
Refunds: Once a punch card is purchased no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Management by Ice Monitors: Our dedicated ice monitors will oversee the management of punchcards. They will track your usage, punch your card accordingly, and assist with any questions or concerns you may have. Punchcards are to stay with the ice monitors and will not be given to skaters to take home.
